Terms: Invoices due and payable within thirty (30) days from invoice date. Prices are FOB Rancho Cucamonga, California, USA. Prices are subject to change without prior notification.

Shipping: New World Medical, Inc., will ship according to the directions of the purchaser, provided method is traceable and shipment can be insured. All shipping and insurance charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns: Products will be deemed accepted by buyer unless notice of defect is received within ninety (90) days of shipping and may be returned for exchange only for a like product or credit, provided original package has not been opened or damaged. Purchased products that have exceeded the sterility expiration date may not be exchanged or returned. Pericardium and sclera are not eligible for return or exchange. All returned goods must be issued an authorization number (RGA Number), which can be obtained by calling New World Medical, Inc., prior to return. Goods without an RGA Number will not be accepted by the company. Product shortages must be reported to New World Medical within thirty (30) days of receipt.
